Mission Arts has been the proud recipient of several awards & honours, including nominations for two regional Australia Day Awards (2013 & 2017) and winner of a further two regional Australia Day Awards (2016 & 2018). From time to time we have bestowed awards & honours on our member artists and volunteers.

To date, eight Mission Arts members have been awarded Honorary Lifetime Members in recognition of their outstanding contributions to the arts and for their dedication to the mission & guiding principles of Mission Arts.

Awarded to Marcia Baker for outstanding contribution as a volunteer to Mission Beach Community Arts Centre and ongoing commitment to the arts community in the Cassowary Coast Region and Far North Queensland.
