Synopsis
In Alice's Aussie Adventures, a whimsical adaptation of Lewis Carroll's "Alice in Wonderland", the classic tale is transported to the unique and vibrant landscape of Australia.
Alice, a curious and imaginative young girl, falls down a Darney Hole that takes her to the land of the Antipathies which is a fantasy world unlike anything she has ever known. There she meets a White Wallaby dressed in a waistcoat and carrying a pocket watch and many other characters that piques her curiosity.
Throughout her adventure, Alice seeks to discover who she truly is, a journey that becomes increasingly challenging as she is confronted with bizarre and absurd situations. From a rave tea party hosted by Hattie the Mad Hatter and the March Fly to the trial of the Mitchie who is accused of stealing the Queen's tarts, Alice must use her wits to navigate this strange world.
In the end, after a trial that defies logic and reason, Alice manages to solve the mystery of the stolen tarts and is finally allowed to leave the Antipathies. She awakens from her dreamlike adventure, back on the riverbank with her grandmother, forever changed by the curious and colourful characters she met in Australia's own version of Wonderland.
Alice's Aussie Adventures is a playful and imaginative journey that blends the familiar elements of Lewis Carroll's classic story with the unique culture and wildlife of Australia, creating a fresh and entertaining experience for audiences of all ages.
