Notes:
[a]

[b]
pegged at 1/5th of the Annual Membership Individual Adult rate.
[c] Exhibition venue hire: additional fees apply for: labels, admin, signage, banner, opening-night event.
[d] The standard/basic workshop fee applies where student artists develop their skills in an informal self-directed learning-by-doing mode, with light-touch guidance from an experienced volunteer session leader.
[e] Where we offer a fully supervised teaching session conducted by a professional tutor, higher fees apply. These are negotiated on a case-by-case basis with the tutor, depending on the tutor's fees, from:
- a flat-rate venue hire fee: where the tutor absorbs all the risk and all the profit, through to
- a 50/50 shared-risk/shared-profit basis: where there is no explicit fee, but MA takes a commission regardless of how many participants attend,
- or potentially an arrangement where MA pays the tutor a flat-fee and MA absorbs all the risk and all the profit.
[f] In all cases there can be a minimum and maximum number of attendees specified, below which the session may be cancelled.
